Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how LARKX PTE. LTD. ("Larkx", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in Singapore, collects, uses and shares information when you use our mobile applications and games (each an "App", together the "Apps"). If an App has its own privacy notice, that notice applies in addition to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect your name, email address or phone number to use our Apps.
Information collected automatically
- Device information: device model, operating system version, language, country/region, and app version.
- Advertising identifiers: Apple's Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA, only with your permission on iOS) and Google Advertising ID on Android.
- Usage data: content viewed or played, time spent, features used, crash reports and performance data.
- Approximate location: derived from your IP address (country or city level). We do not collect precise GPS location.
Information you provide
- If you contact us by email, we receive your email address and the content of your message.
- If you make a purchase, payment is processed by Apple or Google. We receive a confirmation of the purchase but never your payment card details.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide and maintain the Apps, including saving your progress.
- To show advertisements, including personalized advertisements where permitted.
- To analyze usage, fix bugs and improve the Apps.
- To process in-app purchases and subscriptions.
- To respond to your requests and support inquiries.
- To comply with legal obligations.

Depending on the App, we may use the following third-party services, which may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:

4. Advertising and Your Choices
- iOS: We ask for your permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt before accessing your IDFA. You can change this at any time in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
- Android: You can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings (for example, Settings > Google > Ads, or Settings > Privacy > Ads).
- EEA, UK and Switzerland: We use a consent management platform to request your consent before showing personalized ads. You can change your choice at any time in the App's settings.
- If you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will be less relevant to you.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only:
- With the service providers listed above, to operate the Apps and show ads.
- When required by law or to protect our rights, users or the public.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
Under some U.S. state laws (such as California), sharing data with advertising partners may be considered "selling" or "sharing". You can opt out as described in Section 4.
6. Data Retention
Your progress is stored on your device. Analytics and advertising data are retained by us and our partners for as long as needed for the purposes above, typically no longer than 26 months, unless a longer period is required by law.
7. Your Rights
Depending on where you live (for example, under the EU/UK GDPR, the California CCPA/CPRA, or Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. 8. Children's Privacy
Our Apps are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
10. International Transfers
Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own, including the United States and Singapore. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date.
